A clear plan before we arrive
Venice Yacht Club lists its marina at 1330 Tarpon Center Drive in Venice, just south of Venice Inlet. For underwater work at your slip, the important details are your boat’s setup, its location and marina access.
What to send us
Share your slip or dock location, boat length and make, and whether you need cleaning, anode work or propeller service. For a propeller issue, describe any vibration, damage or recent strike.
What we confirm
We follow up on access and authorization, the work scope, suitable equipment, availability and pricing. In-water propeller work depends on the vessel and conditions.

Growth varies with the season, your bottom paint and how the boat is used. Regular cleaning gives you a clearer view of the hull, running gear and anodes over time.
Our published cleaning rates apply to boats on at least a monthly schedule. Twice-monthly cleaning is generally recommended from May through September. We can help set the right interval after reviewing your boat and its current condition.

Do I need to be at the boat during service?
Often you do not need to be present once we have the work details and access arranged. We will confirm authorization and any marina requirements before the visit, then send a service report and photos after scheduled hull cleaning.
How often should I schedule hull cleaning?
At least monthly service is the basis for our published cleaning rates. Twice-monthly cleaning is generally recommended from May through September. The right interval depends on growth, bottom paint and how you use the boat.
Can you remove a propeller at my Venice Yacht Club slip?
We offer in-water propeller removal and installation when the vessel, slip access and conditions allow. Send us your boat and propulsion details so we can confirm the plan and equipment.
Is Bottom Time Dive Service part of Venice Yacht Club?
No. Bottom Time Dive Service is an independent marine service provider. We coordinate service with the boat owner and follow the club’s applicable access requirements.
